By now, most of the world have sheltered themselves in their homes due to COVID '19. During this time of isolation, it's important to nourish not only our minds, bodies, and hearts, but also our stomachs. However, many find themselves lost when trying to cook during this confusing time. Don't worry, I've gotcha covered. Here are 10 healthy and easy recipes that are inexpensive and fun to prepare.

 



Time to challenge your baking skills. These Chocolate Chip Oat and Banana Cookies not only look great, but they taste amazing too! And the best part? These cookies are simple to make. You only need four ingredients.



If you like hummus, you're sure to love the Ultimate Mediterranean Bowl. This mix contains a variety of dreamy ingredients including greens, veggies, olives, parsley, and tahini sauce. Definitely try this out if you're looking for a new colorful recipe to recreate.


3. OVERNIGHT CHIA PUDDING


Im officially obsessed with Kenzie Burke recipes. She's a YouTube/ Blogger that specializes in plant based living. Her meals are vegan, gluten free, and so so yummy. This Overnight Chia Pudding is one of my all time breakfast favorites.



This Burrito Bowl is packed full of proteins and fresh veggies. Whats great about this recipe is that its super customizable, so you can personalize it to fit your taste preferences. It even gives you a healthier option that substitutes rice with quinoa.



This dairy-free, glutted-free recipe features one of my favorite vegetables, chickpeas! They are also a great source of protein. This Spinach Chickpea Curry recipe is fast to make and contains coconut milk, which adds a unique yummy flavor to the mix.



Want a refreshing drink for any time of day? Try Kenzie Burke's "Tropical Bub" Smoothie. I know, I couldn't resist putting another one of her creations on the list, but that's because they are so good! Packed full of veggies, this smoothie has become one of my go to drinks. Its especially great to drink as a morning refresher.



Why not use this time in quarantine to try something new? With this recipe you can make sourdough bread at home completely from scratch! The Clever Carrot's guide is tailor made for beginners so there's no need to worry about complicated steps or techniques. After its made, it will be the perfect base for some avocado toast, or you could even eat it plain.



This salad is FULL of color (and strawberries) and so easy to create. After just a few simple steps you could have a delicious lunch. The poppy seed dressing gives the salad a punch of flavor that is addicting.



A dish that EVERYONE knows how to make, but with a twist! Who would've thought adding pesto to grilled cheese would elevate the meal and make it so much more delicious? This recipe is obviously easy to do and won't take very long either!
